Aussie Ora Posted May 15, 2017 Report Posted May 15, 2017 I found a great place to buy fresh scallops, yippie. It is one to those trucks that sell out of the back at a local gas station. He gets the scallops from the fisher the night before. I wish I had made tartar sauce, next time. Yum we have a few of those trucks as well my local one is called the fisho and sells everything . http://www.myfisho.com. Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

Ground up some wheat berries and made the spaghetti, topped with some dried tomatoes from last summer, mushrooms, fresh chives from the garden and a side of garlic fingers. Awesome cook Lynne, I tell people you are the Julia Childs of Kamado Cooking and a stellar photographer to boot! That is an incredible plate of food! 6
tony b Posted May 22, 2017 Report Posted May 22, 2017 I agree, but I think she's more like Alice Waters from Chez Panisse - more "farm to table" - and most of the time, from her own farm/garden! 1

Paul Posted May 23, 2017 Report Posted May 23, 2017 I should know better than to post pics directly after MacKenzie's cooking pics. Oh well... Had some short ribs in the freezer that needed cooking. My growing nephews were in town so we ate them as an hors d'oeuvres. 5
MacKenzie Posted May 23, 2017 Report Posted May 23, 2017 Paul, that is quite the compliment and right back at you, those beef ribs look wonderful and no way am I doing beef ribs for a while.
