tinyfish
Baby backs are on sale this week so I took advantage of it and cooked some up. I rubbed the ribs in Smokin Guns Mild rub and used one chunk of sugar maple and some coffee wood chunks for smoke. I cooked the ribs indirect at 225f. I used some BBQ sauce to coat the ribs and they are perfectly cooked. Plated with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.

CeramicChef
Tony, the color on those ribs is just out-freaking-standing! You're getting the most out of those KKs sitting on your Patio. Very nicely done and killer money shots. Kudos!
