  1. I really like that.. As corny as it sounds I actually start my day by taking 2 minutes to take inventory for all I have to be thankful for. I immediately realize how much I have and how fortunate I am. Everything from family, our health, my business, my lifestyle, my possessions etc. This helps offset how the world tries to brainwash us into believing we need more and more and what we have is not enough and we will be happier with all these things.. sadly if happiness is tied to having things it will be elusive and we will never have enough. I truly believe I could stop today and live happily with much less than I have now.. but I would not be drinking kick ass espresso like I will be later this month!
  2. Now look what you all did... Got me jonesing for espresso that looks like melted dark chocolate ice cream.. After watching endless videos and reviews I just landed this open box new La Pavoni Stradivari PSC-16 Cup on Ebay.
  3. It's not different.. it's just magnified 3 X My eyes are not what they used to be and three times bigger is just what I need for focus LOL.
  4. Your camera lets you bracket too.. One shot saves one step up and one down. Once in your computer you can choose which you like. I have one of these and they are awesome to see better and in the sun.. LCD 3 inch diopter viewfinder screen magnifier https://www.google.co.id/search?q=LCD+3+inch+diopter+viewfinder+screen+magnifier+for+Sony+A6000&espv=2&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwia8feH6dDQAhUHu48KHY-2CSYQ_AUICCgB&biw=1283&bih=780&dpr=2 This is the one I have.. and love http://www.ebay.com/itm/Neewer-S4-3X-Optical-Magnification-Viewfinder-for-Sony-a7-a7R-a7II-a7S-NEX-7-/381481905935?hash=item58d217ef0f:g:hrQAAOSwMtxXsRz0
  5. I used to live out of a Trader Joes when I lived in LA 28 years ago. Loved them!
  6. Hippo birdie two ewes Hippo birdie two ewes Hippo birdie.. hippo birdie.. Hippo birdie two ewes.
  7. Looks like it got into some feed laced with steroids.. Dayumn!
  8. No it won't work.. The KK roti spit shaft does not go into the motor directly.. but thru the driveshaft system. NO airflow leaks. That being said, at that price you could have a local welder adapt the spit to work in a KK. I'm happy to give the instructions. That motor is $50.. It amazes me how cheap China can make stuff for. My 23 will be well over $100 plus the cost adjustable bracket, the 32 twice that. I've been haggling with my suppliers because my cost here is too/soo high. Much more expensive to produce only 10-15 at a time.
  9. Next time pretty pleeaase one shot of the finished product in the grill shot from far enough away that I can crop it square for Instagram THANKS VERY BIG..
  10. You could also fit a copper/metal tube from the polder tube to the pan with chain. Then you could simply pour water into the pan from outside the grill.
  11. My tactic is it's easier to ask forgiveness later than to get permission before! LOL your results may vary.
  12. Happy Gobble Gobble to all the KK forum family. Thank you all for supporting KK over the years, I really always felt like The Little Engine That Could. It's been a very long road, that being said I'm so pleased with where we are today. I have so much to be grateful for this year, the press and TV show have been great for putting KK there to be discovered.
  13. If this is the worst of your problems my friend, you have lots to be thankful for.. LOL Happy Gobble Gobble to you and all the KK forum Family..
  14. That's what the 42" is supposed to do.. Make the 32" seem much more reasonable. LOL
  15. GR8... I just bought one of 8 he had in ready stock.. Can't wait. Thanks for the heads up and purchase tips. I hope he makes more stands as he was out.
  16. Those look killer.. Do you happen to know/remember what one of those racks weighed? I'm tired of the tiny AU and NZ lollipop racks sold in Bali and a Jakarta supplier promised 8 bone racks that weigh about 2.2 lbs/1 kilo each.. Wondering how much meat they will have.
  17. How fast you can get it to temp depends on how skilled you are at getting enough BTUs to get there fast but not overshoot. I don't find it takes me more time to heat soak the 32 compared to the 23.. I like to use my hairdryer as a blower to get a bunch of charcoal raging and then choke the airflow way back to almost nothing.. This keeps a small volume alive and gives you a burst of BTUs to pre-heat the grill quickly but does not keep burning at that volume which would over shoot ya..
  18. If I look at how few gas burners I sell, I should just make a plug and drop this feature/make it special order. The same gas burner could be modded to be used thru the front draft door.
  19. I could throw them up on the webstore.. It's pretty heavy but if you want to keep your hands clean I understand that. I always glove up before taking mine out.
  20. @Smoking_Big_Al I deleted your post, I'm sorry but this is not the tone I want here on this forum. Everybody has their reasons for what they do.. they are actually none of our business. Different strokes for different folks, as I always say KK's aren't for everybody. They are a significant investment and those monies are often better spent elsewhere. Justin I wish you all the best, I hope you will continue to be a contributing member where we don't care what you cook on.. Webbers and KJ's welcomed here!
  21. Last week there was a post about ways to keep the rear gas port door from popping open from the air blast created from the silicone gaskets. We had a little pow wow and came up with this.. Pretty slick eeh? We bad.. we bad.. If demand we'll make up a bunch of these threaded rods so users can upgrade their rear doors.
  22. I'm told all the motors sold right now by OneGrill.com spin clockwise looking into the socket. This will tighten the cradle shaft. NO need for loctite.
