Spoiled rotten those dogs are, and isn't it fun doing it. [emoji4]

Ok that's it, I can't take just "looking" at awesome pizza any longer. I'm starting my pizza dough tonight.

Is Kipper expecting treats?

Looking at the complexity of the design I don't understand it either and the execution seems to be flawless.

Delicious pizza and in record time.

@ tekobo, wow exploding oysters, they look like them might explode in my mouth. Actually for those in love with oysters they look wonderful, wings are looking very tasty and I must remember your trick of keep turning them. Thanks. A nice Konro cook for sure.

Now THAT is something to celebrate, congratulations. Menu sounds wonderful and your pork belly bao looks wonderful too.
-
John S, what a beauty and just wait until you cook on it. You are nearly there.
-
Jon, what a lucky break, you might have ended up with a CNC instead of a KK.

Put my cheese and buns into action today, cheeseburgers. Ground beef chuck roast for the burgers. Sprinkled pepper and purple crack on top, other spices inside the burgers. Buns are ready for the star of the show. I almost forgot the tomato slices.

tyrus, those ribs and jerky look delicious, gotta love that cherry.

One more step closer to cheese burgers, I've got the cheese slices and I now have the buns. This was a recipe from King Arthur Flour and my first time for making it but it won't be my last.

What a lovely sight to see first thing this morning. I agree a rib or two would be a nice breakfast addition.

See you in the morning.

I just did a small batch of pork ribs earlier this week so for a little variety beef should be next.

This was interesting, I thought I'd make potato scallop and bake squash to go with a precooked frozen beef pattie. 3/4 of the ways thru the veggie cook I unwrapped the pattie only to find out that it was raw. Did a made dash to the KK, fortunately there was old coals in it so I was able to get it heated up very quickly. Put some of my perfectly melting cheese on top of the burger.

Lately I've been getting the following message quite often when I am within the KK forum and going from one area to another. Bruce that is awesome, your friend must have been thrilled.

Tyrus, What a great looking meal, you are tempting me to do beef ribs.
-
Steve, that is a beautiful piece of work.
-
Aussie, your steak dinner is looking very tasty. Love a red t-shirt.

I thought Pequod should drive because he can bring his espresso machine and since he is the only one who knows how to operate it he'd be a good DD. Maybe you could just drink verrrrry slowly in the meantime.:)
-
Steve, don't you know you shouldn't drink alone, we'll be right there.

Thanks, Aussie. The whole belly was about 6kg. I cut it in half and froze a section.
