  4. Well guess what, Swan was my maiden name, so I have an affectation for them, and beer. LOL

  6. A big thanks for CK discovering the Konro replacement grate. [emoji106][emoji106] A huge thanks to tekobo for her help and inspiration making my wing cook sooo good. Sous vide the wings at 167F after a 3 hour marination in Frank's Hot Sauce. Here they are- Now for a little colour, used the KK to light the lump in the Solo stove, once that was going poured it into the Konro.
  7. I hear you Muz, same here in Canada but once you realize the KK is going to last a life time, it's not going to break, fall apart or become obsolete it then becomes worth the one time pain. Not to mention the food is noticeable better and it is easy to operate.

  10. CK, I hope you don't mind me coming in on your coat tails. Got my pizza fix today. Loaded, red pepper, tomatoes, too much cheese, mushrooms, purple crack and pepperoni.

  18. Looking at the complexity of the design I don't understand it either and the execution seems to be flawless.
  19. @ tekobo, wow exploding oysters, they look like them might explode in my mouth. Actually for those in love with oysters they look wonderful, wings are looking very tasty and I must remember your trick of keep turning them. Thanks. A nice Konro cook for sure.
