I think a 19" TT is also a cool KK, especially for a second one or a third.

I have the 22 hi cap, which Dennis only made for a short time. Personally I love the hi cap. It does make a fantastic pizza and no problem fitting 2 or 3 racks of ribs. Just like Rob I think the style of the hi cap grill is the most beautiful.[emoji4] I suspect what ever one you get you too will think it is the most beautiful and you will be correct.[emoji4]
  4. It all looks lovely especially the shots with Serena. The lids fit but not quite like we are used to but that's OK. Glad Charles took care of your broken dish problem so quickly. Now to get cooking.
  5. Kismet, that was a wonderful first cook and there are sooo many more to come.
  6. That is some face and some outfit he is wearing.
  7. I have been busy today, started to cure a 3.5 lb slab of pork belly. Next on the list were chicken drumsticks and airfryed sous vide potato wedges. What a miserable day, cold and wet- The sparks are flying- SV potato wedges ready to coat with ghee and airfry. Plated with the airfryed SV potatoes, I wish I had gone another 2 mins. on the potato wedges. And just a little of the action.
  8. Dave it is, now if I can just remember that.;)
  9. Amusedtodeath, your butt cook was awesome, see it pays to listen to us.
  10. No, chickens, Bruce, I am afraid that if I started feeding them they would die of old age.
  11. Those greens made an appearance at breakfast on this, a very dreary day, first snow then cold rain.
  12. Tangles, those pork butts look delicious, what a great cook. [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  13. I can see why that colour pushed you over the top, it is stunning. I bet this buying experience was like none other, in a very good way.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  14. Beautiful setting and I am sure you will find an equally beautiful setting in Scotland with much less humidity and much less heat.
  15. I have a dedicated spice grinder, it is not an expensive option and that way you don't contaminate either the coffee or the spices.[emoji4]
  16. @ tekobo,The micro grow greens are regular seeds but they are a mix all in one packet. The seeds are beet, red cabbage, blue kale, tatsoi, mizuna, kohlirabi, red kale, radish, nasturtium, and mustard all in one packet. They grow close together and you should have greens in 7-10 days cut them off with scissors when they are between the first and second set of true leaves. No, they will not come back once cut, you have to start new or have 2 or three trays going at once and stagger the planting.
  17. Our Robins have just arrived, three days ago I saw my first Robin of the season. [emoji7]
  18. Lucky you. [emoji7] I will be on the lookout for them early May. I had a new feeder arrive in the mail today. Thanks a million for the update.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  19. Leftover grilled chicken went into a chicken casserole today along with some micro greens and purple crack-
  20. Tony, without a double you enjoyed that lovely meal.
