Wow, what a great family trip.

It was stuffed pasta shells night here, stuffed with fresh spinach and ricotta. Added a few more things, mushrooms, olives, German Butter Cheese, aged cheddar, tomatoes and some marinara sauce. Once baked added some chives and parmesan cheese.

In the middle of the afternoon I decided to make cheese burgers. Get the meat from the freezer, do the patties, no buns, find a bun recipe, make the buns, grill the burgers. It was busy but worth it.

I had some chicken breast meat left from a previous cook and decided a chicken salad sandwich would fit the bill today.

Comfort food was required today. Did pork meatballs and made some spaghetti pasta to go with them.

Sounds delicious, Tony, I suspect there is no hope of me finding one locally either.

The best tiramisu I ever had was one my mother made for a special holiday. I still have very fond memories of it decades later. I'm sure yours was a whopping success too. 👍👍

Did some chicken thighs on the KK today. Served with creamed potatoes and some of last summer's pickled hot peppers.

I smoked 10 pounds of bacon on the KK recently but last night I smokes a few slices in the WFO. I'm looking forward to breakfast, truth be told I look forward to breakfast everyday.

David, I'm coming to your house for breakfast.

What a beautiful KK and just wait until to taste the food you cook on it.
