The price you pay for cooking in the cold is worth the taste of the KK food.

rotisserie basket - chicken wings
MacKenzie replied to CLeeThom's topic in KK Features & Accessories
I found that the wings cooked in this one allowed the wings to knock into each other too much and it beat the wings up. That's my two cents worth. -
Wow, what a fantastic cook. 👍👍

That would be us, we are holding the fort down anyway we can. Season's Greetings to you too.

Indeed I do know of, Dr. Vinnie Boombatz, he shares a Waiting Room with my doctor. I'm afraid if we picked him and he sided with pebbles you'd cry, "Foul!"

Pebbles, they will shake better.

Sure works, meat looks delicious.

A mile high burger.

I just bet that this was one tasty turkey dinner.

The weather here has been miserable for more than 2 weeks, no sun, just rain, wind and cold. I don't care I'm lighting my KK anyway.

Remi, sorry about your accident but I am glad that things are looking up for you. That was an awesome cook.👍👍

The other day I decided to clean out the meat freezer. These boneless beef ribs were lurking in the bottom. They were old, from 2016. Can't believe I cooked them. They were a little dry but the little fat that was in them had not turned which surprised me. I actually rather enjoyed rescuing them. I'm on a mission.

I nearly destroyed my rib dinner. I am in the process of getting new glasses thank goodness. I was reading the KK temperature from in the house today and thought it was right on target 225F but just near the end of the cook I realized it was really on 325F. Almost destroyed these ribs. Rescued enough for dinner.
