Awesome Camp Chef Accessories

Recommended Posts

I bought a few awesome Camp Chef Accessories. Definitely had to get the cover.

Needed some leveling feet especially when using the griddle.

A longer propane hose is always nice.

And of course we needed a Travel Trailer to go along with the Camp Chef. I mean what's the purpose of owning a camping grill if you can't go camping B)

2020 Grand Design 2600rb. Just the right sized couples trailer for me and Mrs skreef.

Nice rig Ckreef, you and the Mrs should enjoy that. Does it have an on board generator for all those appliances or are you carrying a portable? Not all sites have electric if you stop on a whim. Imagine that,,let the good times roll.

Boy, buying such a reasonable grill really lead to over-doing it on the sleeping bag side of the equation, huh?

Very nice rig - gonna have great adventures with that one, for sure.

Congrats.

We're looking forward to the new adventures. Yes a reasonable grill but I think I choose wisely (both grill and trailer). I'm not scared of propane I can make any grill sing (with enough practice).

No generator yet but I've been looking. We haven't even taken it out for our first trip. That picture was in the back yard. We only brought it home 2-8-20. Another few weeks and we'll give it a maiden run.

I know a guy who makes nice stainless covers for the Camp Chefs and Blackstones. I leave mine out oiled and covered with that stainless all winter and it does great. Reasonable as well.

I initially purchased the Camp Chef cloth cover and it’s not good for protection from the elements. Def not a KK style Sunbrella cover.

Of course!  The ultimate grill accessory.  Congratulations.

Very nice rig @ckreef   Really Like the twin lounge chairs in the bump out.   Pulling it with the pickup truck will be great for hauling more cool camping/grilling stuff'firewood/Solo fire pit, etc.   Sweet!!!

I'm assuming you still have the Primo Jr with the carrier.........perfect for camping along with the Camp Chef!!!!

Our boat has a built in generator in it but I never use it.  We have a Yamaha 2000w portable inverter/generator that we use all the time instead (had a Honda before that but it went swimming).  Very portable, quiet and crazy fuel efficient.  Handles 95% of our power needs.  Portable is also great for power tool usage in remote areas. Being an inverter generator.....will handle all your electronics perfectly (also assuming there is a big TV across from the lounge chairs).

The one addition we made to all our campers/boats was to add additional 12v battery capacity.  Mainly for the propane furnace at night when we didn't want to run the generator but it was great for all the other stuff also.

Enjoy!!!!!!

This is a question “what came first the grill or the camper?” Nice setup Charles next thing you know you’ll have a KK onboard somewhere lol

Don't know about taking along a KK. Would probably send me over my trucks tow limit - LOL

We did get a soft cover for the pickup truck so nobody can see what's in there. Solo stove is already in the truck bed.

Definitely still have the Oval Jr to take along on the longer trips.

Tv and stereo directly across from the theater seats. Which are full recliners with massage and heat B) they are more comfortable than any chair in the house - LOL

It does have a nice stove but the oven is basically useless for anything but cookies or bisquits. That's okay they do make an artisan (pizza) oven for the Camp Chef. That's already on the need to buy list.

Honda generator went for a swim? Or did you need to use it for an anchor? I'm sure an interesting story either way.

Bloody oath you could .nothing wrong with the odd gas cook . We have free gas bbqs scattered around the place . Here in Perth .near the river and the Beach . Great for snags and quick steaks
