MacKenzie Posted September 11, 2020 Report Posted September 11, 2020 Can anyone sign in to the forum using Tapatalk? I lost that ability at the upgrade. 2
tony b Posted September 11, 2020 Report Posted September 11, 2020 I don't use it, no help here. It's probably a plug-in app and the admin just needs to add it. 1 1

Basher Posted September 12, 2020 Report Posted September 12, 2020 This was really tasty. pumpkin, beetroot, snags and garlic over broccoli leaves. we pulled a young fella out of boarding school for the weekend. Definitely rated it better than school food. IMG_3728.MP4 5
MacKenzie Posted September 12, 2020 Report Posted September 12, 2020 (edited) Basher, you are making me want to light my fire. Edited September 13, 2020 by MacKenzie 1 1
MacKenzie Posted September 12, 2020 Report Posted September 12, 2020 Actually got two fires going on in the KK for a pork tenderloin and one in the Konro for roasting peppers. Done. IT 145F, meat is moist, tender and tasty. Going to use it in another recipe later. 8
MacKenzie Posted September 13, 2020 Report Posted September 13, 2020 I used some of the peppers and all of the pork tenderloin in a cucumber and pork stir fry. 7
Mcjudsten Posted September 13, 2020 Report Posted September 13, 2020 Simple brisket to stock the freezer for weekday lunches/dinners. Meathead’s big bad beef rub (ish). Left the KK running for dinner tonight - nice that it will rumble along for 24 hours and still have plenty of charcoal. Cheers 9
MacKenzie Posted September 13, 2020 Report Posted September 13, 2020 Nice and look at that smoke ring. 1
Bruce Pearson Posted September 14, 2020 Report Posted September 14, 2020 I’ve been wanting to cook a brisket but now with all the smoke from the forest fires don’t think it’s a good idea. 1 3

MacKenzie Posted September 15, 2020 Report Posted September 15, 2020 Weather is looking awesome but not as awesome as that rib cook. It is stunning, Basher. 1
