bosco Posted November 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 14, 2016 Smoke pot yes with 3 peach chunks and some peach pellets. Cooked at 250 I am using EAT BBQ zero to hero and touched them with meat church honey hog. I have spritzed with apple juice/cider vinegar mist a few times. I'm not a fan of bark on ribs.
