Cooked at 250 I am using EAT BBQ zero to hero and touched them with meat church honey hog. I have spritzed with apple juice/cider vinegar mist a few times. I'm not a fan of bark on ribs. Anyways going to sauce one with blues hog shortly. I am about 30 min away from saucing

bosco Posted November 14, 2016 Author Report Posted November 14, 2016 Well they were awesome. Super tender, bite clean off the bone but not sloppy and the rib squirted when I bit into one. Smoke ring was off the charts today 4
