  1. I have a custom blue tile I paid extra for. And a solid black tile replacement. Everyone likes the black better; go figure....
  2. Nice job Dennis!! Congrats!! With the additional sales, I'm also looking forward to increased forum posts as well!
  3. Tom, Very sorry to hear about your job loss. We're thinking about you Tom, and hoping something works out for you for the best. My Son's in the same boat with you as of yesterday.... No two week notice, no nothing. USA is literally bleeding to death right now.
  4. Okay JD, let me rephrase my question; as this device won't fix that delima either. Sooooo, rephrased question. When is it too cold to BBQ on a KK?
  5. Hmmmmm....... Tell me again; when is it too cold to BBQ?
  6. Hey Sanny!!! Now I see it!! Yipee-Skippy!! Looks even better on!! You do great work Sanny. Lucky little girl..
  7. Re: Little girls in pink dresses Sanny, did you forget the modeling photo???? I don't see it.........
  8. Oh yea; the customs piece. I forgot about that. I remember sitting many times at Frankfurt Customs office waiting for packages to clear. Now I understand. Ugly process. I feel for you. Good luck.
  9. Ahhhh..... Thanks Jackie!! If only my palate were as good as yours .....
  10. Beautiful Cooker Carlos!! Love how it matches the house trim..
  11. When you receive a package isn't it their responsibility to unload the merchandise, while maintaining it's integrity? I think it falls under liability; would be suprised if customers are even allowed in the truck.
  12. Oh you girls are bad, bad, bad............. but I'm lovin' it!!!
  13. and then you have folks like me who thought Kosher was a method......
  14. Jeff, By the time you get it all figured out; you'll probably realize you really don't need the stoker.
  15. Ha!!! Good one!! Looks pretty darn good to me Bud!!! I can tell KK's in shallow water; maybe that means it's close!!!
  16. Larry, I'ts coming Priority Mail!!! Ha!! I couldn't pass that one up; inside joke.. Glad to hear your cover made it; all the way to Seychelles. Now I just need to get there!! Looks like awesome scuba diving there too... My kind of place...
  17. Tony, how come the kids look so much happier than you do???? Happy New Year to you and the rest too!!!!
  18. For the price of that piece of meat they'd have to guarantee me I'd never get hungry again!!
  19. Sorry I wasn't here to respond Dennis. So instead of saying Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, I'll just say wishing you and your family a Happy New Year !!! Nice place you have there Dennis!! Cheers!!
  20. Good to hear from you Trish Even though it was over an unexpected flasback!!! Glad you didn't lose any more than a bit of hair.
  21. I've been thinking the same thing FM; where's Sanny. Nice to hear from you Sanny!!; and mucho Thanks again for coining the term.
  22. Or, if your pan with handles is cast iron, and too big like mine was, I just cut the handles off, leaving nubs to grab. I also smoothed out the nubs with a grinder. Of course I checked first with Lodge; they did not recommend it. I don't know why. I said heck with it, if the pan don't fit it's no good to me anyway so gave it a try anyway. I can report, after a seasoning, it worked well in my case.
  23. Sunbrella now 10 year manufacturer warranty FYI. Sunbrella product I use for covers now has 10 year warranty from manufacturer. Costs a little more, Sunbrella rates went up in Nov. but KK COVER PRICES will REMAIN THE SAME. Admin; can we include/add the word "Cover" in the topic title?
  24. Linuxwrangler, do you have a fan on your kooker?? My point is; for whatever it's worth. Maybe because I don't have a fan; I've had low and slows die overnight when I didn't stack extruded like chimneys. On the other hand, stacking has never let me down. (I'm expressing low and slows only; high temp fast cooks not a problem to just pile it in). It's really not difficult to stack like chimneys. Well worth the effort IMHO, and makes for good sleeping. No doubt, I've put more effort into providing advice on this post than I have stacking charcoal.
