I got a whole chicken on sale this week so rotisserie chicken it is.

What size do you think the shoulder are? If you can use both the main and upper grate you should be able to quite a few on. I wonder if you can use the lower grate at the same time too and just sit a deflector right on the charcoal basket.

Frost at this time of the year...sucks! Bacon looks great and the pineapple. I have quite a few maple trees at the new house that turn that bright red colour in the fall.
