  12. That is one fine burger even though it's missing the meat. That should do really well.
  13. I only use my cell phone for pictures and it's an older model to boot. What helped my pictures was lighting. I have a lamp that I use for the extra light.
  14. I showed my wife the 42" KK and said "are you kidding me one more grill" Jon if i could spend your money i would buy the 42"
  15. I agree with Ryan and Rak. Its great meeting our fourm members and sharing a lunch together. I would drive twice as far to meet a great group of people like that. Jon and Sue thank you for the burger press. Till the next get together Happy KK'ing

  18. Thanks Charles. So much to learn. Not that I thought about the bowl but that was the only one to chose from. We're in the middle of getting ready to move so everything is packed up.
  19. Had a busy day today. I meet with Jon B, Sue, Rak and Ryan for lunch to start my day and it was a great time. Before I left for lunch I put some back ribs on Dexter to eat during the week. The ribs are dry I forgot the sauce. I'm still not decided which dish to enter??? Last of my cooks was the NY steak. I cooked these reversed seared served with MacKenzie scalloped potatoes, carrots and rappini. Well thats all folks.

    Prime Rib

    With big chunks of meat I don't think you will ever get the centre to room temp. I cook straight from the fridge. The cold meat helps to form a smoke ring. Just allow sufficient time to cook from cold.
