Love roasted peppers. Do you let them sit in a covered pot to steam for a few minutes after charring, it makes it the peppers even easier to peel.

Last month my first choice was the pizza but I didn't enter it. For this month its hard to figure what will win, sometimes simpler is better.

Its all in good fun. This month the challenge is a really big sandwich.

What temp were you cooking at? I find 425f indirect perfect for wings.

Pretty boring cook this weekend, just a few chicken wings. I dusted the wings with Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub and some baking powder and on to the the grill at 400f indirect. Just about done Mixed in some Uncle Douggies chicken sauce/marinade Thanks Tony B.

Hi Mario. The quality of a KK is unmatched. It is hard to appreciate how well a KK is designed and built till it arrives. My friend was over to see my KK's for the first time a few days ago and he couldn't believe his eyes he was speech less. He must have opened and closed the dome a hundred times, each time saying "this dome weighs 200+ pounds I can't believe it".
