I bought a package with 4 pork tenderloins in it and cut 3 of them up into 1/8th inch coins so that they could be used for a quick meal when needed. The 4th loin I decided to cook on the KK after spicing it up with Burlap & Barrel, cumin, coriander, Zanzibar pepper, brown sugar and a little salt. Spiced up and on the KK. And look at what happens- Taste test. It was hot in the mouth, moist and delicious.

More leftover ribs, although you'd never know it from the taste.

Good news Randy, you don't have to move. Great work.

You are getting there.

I hope you get a chance to do another batch on Sunday to see how they compare.

This is what sunshine does, it's a whopping 58F and it feels like 80F after the winter, what a day to celebrate. I think I should just sit out in the sunshine by the KK to make sure the temp. hangs around 225F. LOL

You win, Syzygies, that is a true addiction. BTW Dualit makes a 2 slice toaster without bells and whistles except for a mechanical timer, it doesn't pop up, there is no fireworks to say things are toasted but the best news is that if an element goes bad, they supply one that the owner can easily change.
