  1. A great cook for fish lovers.
  2. Tekobo, you couldn't have watched a better game for your first. I'm glad you enjoyed it, what a way to start the day, 5 AM and it's hockey time or was it the end of the day?
  3. It won't belong now before I make the big trip to the post office, you should start the preparations. [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  4. cachaaf, your dog has spirit and lots of it.
  5. That is a good lesson to learn, now the trick is to remember it. The meat looks perfectly cooked.
  6. Tony, wow, that was a real deal meal fit for the gentleman you are.
  7. Erik, I love the look of that steak, awesome dinner.[emoji4]
  8. Looks great, I must say you are brave , cooking fish for a non fish loving family. I understand their sentiment completely. [emoji4]
  9. Really I just want the best "team" to win no matter who it is. I didn't want my team to win with a shoot out.
  10. It is true both teams have the same opportunity, but we are a team and we should win or loose as a team. Sure it would have been nice if Canada had won for me but I didn't want it to be the way it was. The US did win the gold medal but "they" didn't beat us. I guess I would have been happier if we had been beaten by the team and vice versa. I want a team win.
  11. Bruce, I am with you on "I don't eat a lot of seafood..." but agree that cooked looked delicious, fortunately we didn't have to eat it.
  12. Gorgeous setup, stunning. It looks like you have some Komodo Kamado signs, those things are worth their weight in gold. I hope you kept them. Thanks for posting those pixs, we do love seeing them. Do you have your first cook planning?
  13. Or maybe a quick blot of the scallops after they come off the salt block. I would think most of the salt flavour would be on the edge.
  14. Thanks, Aussie, that is exactly what you and Dee do to me.
  15. It is fun to do now and again but I too find things a bit salty when cooked on the block. I think if you are a big salt fan it would be right up you alley.
  16. Thanks, Shuley, Sorry your pizza wasn't better.
  17. Before the game started I was thinking the very last thing I wanted to see was the winner decided by a shoot out and we all know what I got.
  18. LOL, I hope you have a small dog.[emoji4]
  19. Follow up to the chicken roll up cook. There was extra pizza dough left so I decided to make a pizza and a calzone, sort of. Actually I made 2 pizzas one smaller than the other then I pulled one side over to the opposite side and sealed the edge then painted the surface with Caesar Dressing and sprinkled Parmesan Cheese. Baked in the oven at 450F for about 10 - 12 mins. Plated. Cut. The crust is quite nice, it is thin and tasty. I just pushed it down and ate it like a burger. Pizza, still uncut.
  20. A feast for all, and it does look deeeeeeelicious.
  21. Thanks, Shuley. I've never had a Costco version, have only seen pixs and thought I'd like to give it a try. Some days are diamonds.
  22. Aussie, that looks really delicious.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  23. Thanks everyone, I think I'll have to do this one again.
