  1. That sounds fantastic, Tony. I never knew that mice carried their young on their backs.
  2. DiveandGrill, that is wonderful news, now you are set for your first rotisserie cook.
  3. Nothing new here today but I did do another sour dough loaf of bread with toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I used the Digi Q again it just works so well to get the whole KK to 450F.
  4. Yikes, I can't imagine that, in fact, I don't want to imagine that.
  5. Do you have pix of how things don't seem to be fitting? There are pixs posted on the forum but it will take some digging to fine them. The good news is you know this will get sorted.
  6. Ribs, ribs, ribs, can't have too many when they look that gooood.
  7. Yes, Aussie, doesn't seem to be the best advice for Australians.
  8. My humming birds are nearly all gone. I think there are only 2 left. Maybe the one you have is one of mine.🤣[emoji4]
  9. Did the hummingbird crash into something? It doesn't appear to be sitting normally but that maybe just the angle. They do eat bugs but I don't think they are interested in worms. [emoji4]
  10. Tony, thanks, I was surprised how well the string idea worked. I figured if I could keep them on the forks until they cooked a little I'd be OK.
  11. I have been wanting to make homemade chicken noodle soup and today was the day. Made the noodles and used some of yesterdays rotisserie chicken thighs, vegetable stock, along with pimento, a touch of sriracha and purple crack. I could have eaten a second bowl. Yum.
  12. Alex, I think freezing the pressure cooked fries would work just fine. Lately I have changed my method of doing fries, I use Philips Airfryer, Avance model. It works wonderfully well on, can you believe it store bought frozen fries.
  13. Bruce, thanks. I'll try to keep them coming, just for you. It will be our secret.
  14. I thought chicken thighs would make for a nice dinner along with some of my mini potatoes, fresh spinach and some Tiny Tim tomatoes. I used the OctoForks to rotisserie my chicken but had to but a few strings on to make sure none were lost. Plated.
  15. Aussie, your rib dinner looks perfectly delicious.
  16. JD, that is going to be an interesting cook and a tasty one.
  17. Can't wait for the grand finale.
  18. Kevin, things sure are looking delicious at your house and I can tell you are having a lot of fun with this.
