    Kevin, you just never know you might very well get it in time to at least fire it up before your mini vacation if not you will really have something to look forward to when your vacation ends.:)

    When you first planted them did you plant with all the growth below the soil? Also maybe yours sprouts were longer than mine. When I planted the sprouts were about 1/2 inch.

    When I received my KK I thought that stainless steel round pan was a serving tray.

    The potato plants have come alive. There are two more eyes that are developing but they are very small right now. They are near the larger one, top right corner. SK, I'm very happy that you inspired me to do this.

    Izzy, you KK is absolutely stunning and it has the perfect setting. It's has amazing beauty and just think, it will produce food just as amazing.

    Fantastic, it will be an experience of a lifetime. It will be interesting to hear all about it. Take notes, maybe you could wear a hidden camera with audio for your report to us.

    Thanks, dstr8, I have neither but I do find I like to eat daily, maybe even three times. Sometimes I do think I should just sit back and lurk.:)

    No, these potatoes are fully cooked, just like they would be for potato salad but these are discs not diced.

    CC, that breakfast for dinner looks very tasty and sure is low on prep. and high on flavour.

    You Yank's don't know what you are missing and besides it wasn't a hot dog in the bun it was a Jalapeno and Cheese sausage, Canadian made. You are just lucky I didn't put ketchup on it, but that only goes on hamburgers and fries.

    No, I did them at 185F but could have used 183F for 75mins to ? until done. Sprinkled them with pepper, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper and put a tablespoon of vinegar in the bag. I do them until I can squeeze them and feel that they are soft.
