Another Konro cook, wings and peppers with a side of fried rice. Wings cooking and the peppers are waiting in the wings. Supper is plated.

A quick grill in this heat, 30C feels like 33C. I hardly need to light a fire. First I made some ketchup. On the Konro. I use all those little pieces that you find at the bottom of the lump bag for Konro grilling, works great. Plated with ketchup.

This is the season for this type of lunch. Cleaned up a little before putting them on a hot KK. Dressed up. I'm only sorry there were only 6 of them.

Neat video, they sure were being very careful, it must have eased your experience. Pretty as a picture for sure, the new owners must be all smiles. Sure fits in with the little blue flowers and the blue green foliage.

They were but I just winged it with the spices so you and I are up the creek without a paddle. Here's how I remember it: 1 pound ground beef 1 beaten egg panko small diced onion 1 diced shallot Burlap & Barrel spices : Purple Stripe Garlic, Zanzibar Black Pepper, Silk Chili, Smoked Paprika, Turkish Oregano Buds Salt Ground mustard Squirt of ketchup Sprinkled some Poutine Cheese on top Baked @ 350-375F in the pans until it was around 145F. Then turned the loaves out onto a screen. Baked until the IT was about 160F.

Alimac, the weather maybe cool but that is hot dinner, beautiful.

Potatoe scallop and meatloaf on the menu here tonight. Wing it so there won't be any repeats. Plated.
