  1. Huge. Sorry. It must be the isolation that's doing this.
  2. Yes, best to dump when not certain. Great fire pit.:)
  3. All those promises of, "When I get some free time." are coming to haunt you.
  4. It is hard to unsee something, as you now well know.
  5. Gorgeous KK, and so fortunate that there was no damage to it. That crate is a mess, good news about the KK sign too.
  6. I wanted to make a donair but didn't have the exact ingredients so did a pizza/donair. Now for some cheese. Poured the donair sauce over the baked goods. The sauce was a little more runny than it should have been. I think that is because it had been frozen for some time. However it all tasted delicious.
  7. Exactly, no hammer! Pixs. please.
  8. Patience grasshopper. It is stunning and I can totally understand what you are saying.
  9. Thanks, Paul. Your chuck roast ended up looking wonderful, has my mouth watering.
  10. Burger day today before tomorrow's snow/rain. Did a nice slow and low cook, about 275F until 160 IT. Cheese was previously smoked Cheddar. Dressed. Plated.

    The Fire

Just so long as you don't have a wooden deck.
  12. I revamped my 15% home ground whole wheat bread recipe and this is the first loaf. Baked in my indoor oven. I did sift the ww flour and used the excess bran to sprinkle on top of the bread before baking. Did an overnight fermentation in a coldroom that was about 55F, then took the loaf upstairs to sit on the counter for about 1.5 hours during which time the oven came up to 450F.
  13. Success, that's an understatement.
  14. @Tyrus, I'll have half a chicken and a whole Guinness, please.
  15. Troble, you get that lid down, you're looooosing moisture. Remember the expression, "If you're peekin' you ain't cookin'. BTW awesome colour on the brisket.
  16. Tyrus, don't get any ideas, the squirrels and chipmunks in my yard are off limits.
