  1. I have used some of these and you are correct they are very easy and a time saver. Thanks for sharing. I also use products from Dizzy Pig a more expensive rub option, because the major ingredient(s) isn't salt.
  2. Nice addition. Nothing like fresh veggies and herbs.

Bryan, thanks for posting this. It is very informative.
  4. Regardless of any errors that pizza still looks great, but I do understand being a perfectionist.

    Beef Ribs

Nice looking ribs. I concur with ckreef I have never seen beef ribs with so much meat.
  6. Welcome, to the KK world.
  7. Nice to see all this activity. I too am excited to see the KK featured on Project Smoke. Very cool!
  8. I agree the 8" with the six" reducer will give you all the versatility you need.
  9. I will have to give this a try. Finally we're getting weather above the single digits so I can get back to cooking on the KK.
  10. Go for the 32. It's larger, but from a design point of view the shape scales up very nicely and is equally impressive.
  11. You are going to love this grill. Congratulations on your purchase.
  12. Nice pics and great looking meal.
  13. Leave the dial the current size. It is, as tomahawk66 says "aesthetically pleasing".
  14. I just did 35lbs @99 cents a pound. I have a 32" KK, I am surprised that much would fit on the 19", what a great selling point. Not to mention what a great looking cook...kudos!
  15. I agree with above advice.
