I have used some of these and you are correct they are very easy and a time saver. Thanks for sharing. I also use products from Dizzy Pig a more expensive rub option, because the major ingredient(s) isn't salt.
I just did 35lbs @99 cents a pound. I have a 32" KK, I am surprised that much would fit on the 19", what a great selling point. Not to mention what a great looking cook...kudos!
