In my house the dogs are family and if there's a slice left, a piece a brisket [ within reason ] or any munchable keeper it's going their way. You know they are always on patrol, a lethal weapon...I rest my case. They like pizza too, and extend added coverage once the aroma enters the house.

Yep, I have two daughters and pizza was always a good compromise, to part the earth and end a quarrel. Looks good and nicely done. the leftovers are doggie dessert.

Like the color of your 23. Peaceful setting and yes a nice top hat. Beautiful warm tone on the brisket, interested to see the final result

You hold your cards too close.

A level 6 Charcoal Sommelier , I am not. The local store only carries Cowboy, Rockwood and Royal Oak. and to purchase the other listed brands on Amazon appear high in price as compared to these. Taste is subjective in whiskey, food and yes, charcoal. For the last 4 years or so I've been running 40lb bags of Humphrey's lump at no cost to me. The well is running dry and I find myself looking for a good alternative as you without the second mortgage. Check out addonkitchen. com and type into the search bar, best lump charcoal...it may help. You may even consider a blend of charcoals as your signature...whatever you do the choices are immense once you begin but the over riding concern is, what are you willing to pay for a bag of coal

Check the archives and do a little digging for some great approaches to cooks, seems your well on your way with those plans. The magic is in you and the KK for fantastic cooks however, you do have a wish. Open the the top vent and rub the side and Dennis will materialize in a stream of smoke to entertain all your questions regarding your new found treasure. Alas, if it were only that easy, hey enjoy your new toy. Thought it never rained in S. California

Steve here's the advantage to winter, you can make ice cubes by the wheel barrel and if you like your drink neat but a little chilled this may help

Beautiful picture of the freezer. I predict a smokey balcony in the near future

Your out during the middle of the nite cooking up a storm and freezing your kahoonas off. That's dedication, a scientific experiment or you locked yourself out of the house and had to stay warm. Whatever the cause, your cook looked "marvelous". It's nice to know that you can put supper on in the morning, run and do some errands, stop off for a pint or two and come home to see things moving along but, just as you left them.

Hello Wahoo. Every picture tells a story,,don't it...waitin on this one

Some real nice lookin cooks there from Alimac,Steve, and Mac...good show and video. Like the knife Mac seems you should be in a Burmese jungle with that tool. One suggestion if you prefer the ax...grab an old set of tongs to hold the wood, keeps the the little piggies safe from danger

Campfire cookin in the house, that will catch the eye of an unsuspecting guest. I like it. The surf and turf selection with a glass of wine was inviting and was drawing me in for a chair by the fire.

You can take the kid out of the game but you'll never take the game out of the kid.

Thats so they don't jump off halfway through the cook. Great job ED, nice and meaty. Happened to do two racks last night myself with a rump roast. Pulled the rump early at the med-rare point and let the ribs ride. Next thing I know, I'm in bed and I remember the ribs. Alls well that ends well, no where close to meaty ribs you had but these were a cook for the puppies. Yep, they eat ribs too

Eight ball corner pocket,,,nice and comfy, a job well done. A toast because a beer is in hand, As you strike the mark may your eye always be true, fear not the competitions bark they don't likely have a clue.

That looks fantastic ED, nice with spice and a good thickness.

That presents a challenge there sir. Having a 23 as I have, things will have to go piece meal. You can't shoot all your guns at once but, add some magic to those legs, wire em up to the shaft and see what happens. Wishin I were a fly on the wall
