Thanks, @Aussie Ora!  It was easy to wheel around myself.  Didn't move it far, but it was no problem at all.

Lovely, that looks like a text book brisket @KismetKamado

Thank you, @tekobo!  It was one of my best efforts for sure.  :)

KismetKamado, great looking brisket and slices perfectly. :)

Thank you!   It was better than I expected.  Probably just a touch over, as it was hard to keep it together for the slicing... but I was able to drape the sliced pieces over a finger without falling apart - just barely.

Awesome brisket. Great smoke ring.

Thank you!  Rarely do I end up with anything that turns out this well, so I was really happy with it.

Tony.. I know you use a cover but for those of you who don't..  If you are not cooking, it's really best to keep them covered. The cold or snow is not an issue but the repetitive freeze thaw cycles and if one does not maintain the integrity of the acrylic waterproof jacket,  water getting into the insulation and freezing can be a problem.  You will know if your acrylic jacket is leaking because it will blow steam vapor when taken over 550ºf..

We just posted the 3rd highest total snowfall for January on record here: over 21", which is 13 inches above normal!

And, poof, it was almost all gone in 2 days this past weekend, when the temperature "skyrocketed" up to 45F and it rained.

I like this whiskey too as you can tell from all the missing whiskey.

Spun a chook on the 32. Looks a tad lonely, but there was a pan of root vegetables on the indirect side that was removed before this pic. Using the MEATER, of course.

Isn't it great for rotisserie cooks? While it took a very long time to get from R&D to production, it was well worth the wait - IMHO!
