Silly question, Paul. You know it's practically impossible to dry out a chicken on a KK - ckreef did a test and tried, but couldn't. Cooking a moist bird is like falling off a log.

BINGO!  I love planked salmon and that is positively droolicious.  Very nice cook.  Kudos to you.

Its always nice to get home and lay your head on your own pillow, isn't it?  Welcome back.
