No, probably, Italian sausage.
-
Tony, dinner is looking extra extra delicious. Tekobo, I wish that smokehouse was nearer to me I can tell you, the takeout is looking really tasty.
-
Tekobo, that looks interesting and very hot hot, just look at the pepper alone.

Welcome. I see you couldn't wait to get your hands on your new KK. Now for the unveiling, looking forward to seeing lots of pictures of those pixs.
-
Stunning.
-
Talk about a down under cook, lovely.:)
-
Tony, yes the smoke house likes to have a more coarse grind on their pork. I think the colour is off, don't recall the meat being that yellow. It's that time of year when all the lighting is artificial.

Aussie, I could eat that right now, even if it is breakfast time.

Did a rerun of yesterday's cook but this time used some blueberry dipping sauce that the smoke house gave me. It is excellent and has some kick to it.

A new smoke house opened up about 10 mins. from me so I had them make me some sausages and I took them home to cook on my KK16. [emoji4] It's dark out there so early in the evening. A light supper that I named, Lunch. [emoji6]

Sounds like a fantastic cook, Jon. You sure have made great use of the KK 16 and you just received it.
-
Don't forget to take a pix when you get that sign mounted, we'd love to see it.:)

Thanks, Muz, I can't get blood pudding around here but I used to be able to get oatmeal pudding but alas that is gone also.
-
Phson, you have things pretty well covered.
-
At least I got some of the letters correct.

Definitely a real cutie and it will serve you well this winter.
