Did some pork back ribs on the KK, 240F all the way for about 5 hours and ever though there was little shrinkage, these ribs were delicious. Served with fresh from the garden beet greens, the first of the season. Plated with rice and greens.

@Pouchie, you can buy an IR light for better night vision.

I have 4 HIK Vision cameras hooked to 24 hour recording hard drive. Let's me see all the critters who are messing with my bird feeders, etc. It is quite entertaining. Bear Yoga Trim.mp4

Wow, what a great family trip.

It was stuffed pasta shells night here, stuffed with fresh spinach and ricotta. Added a few more things, mushrooms, olives, German Butter Cheese, aged cheddar, tomatoes and some marinara sauce. Once baked added some chives and parmesan cheese.

In the middle of the afternoon I decided to make cheese burgers. Get the meat from the freezer, do the patties, no buns, find a bun recipe, make the buns, grill the burgers. It was busy but worth it.

I had some chicken breast meat left from a previous cook and decided a chicken salad sandwich would fit the bill today.

The best tiramisu I ever had was one my mother made for a special holiday. I still have very fond memories of it decades later. I'm sure yours was a whopping success too. 👍👍
