Marinated some pork tenderloin cubes overnight in a sauce of sriracha sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. Saved a little to brush on the cubes once they were cooked. Going for a spin. Part way through you can hear the male pheasant calling, dinner at MacKenzie's. Cooked. Brushed with more sriracha and brown sugar sauce. Plated with some micro greens from the planter on the deck and sprinkled some onion chives and garlic chives. It will be much easier when I get my OctoFork Skewers. Hint hint.

I revived enough to do the last side before breakfast. It's just after 9 AM and cleanup is complete now for the fun stuff, breakfast. The reward- I have some pork belly to smoke next week. I am on the last package and sure do not want to run out of KK smoked bacon.

Maybe you should wait until it is all uncrated and see if that is what you think then. The good news is that you can change the name whenever you like, there is no paper work.

That is wonderful news, Tony, you are good to go. I just finished the third side but that's it for today, surely there will be enough sunshine over the weekend to do the last side. I think I'll take a break before I start the deck.;)

Update, 2 down and 2 to go. It looked like rain this morning when I was out so I thought I'd better get right at it before breakfast. The 2 worst sides are done and I'm done with the extension ladder. Thrilled with that now to make breakfast. It is going to taste sooooooooo good.:)

Well since I was on a roll with that awesome lunch and the rain has stopped, the sun is out I thought I should stain the sunroom. Just did one side, the side that was facing the sun. Time to sit back an enjoy a G&T even if it is only 68F and the bugs are out in full force. One down 3 to go and then there is the deck, eek.

Every once in a while I get a craving for potato sticks. Today's mission is to make them for the first time in the air fryer. Cut and soaking. First batch done. A mess of sticks. Finger food lunch.
