  4. Wow, I saw this on Tapatalk on my phone just had to wait until I saw your post on the big screen before commenting. It is a real beauty and so is that back yard. Awesome setting and your KK fits right in, love it That is the perfect colour for the surroundings and the perfect tile, pebbles.
  5. It should be fine, Aussie. I have never left mind that long between the washout and the smoking. I can hardly wait overnight but you really do need to let it sit uncovered before smoking. Go for it Aussie and let up know what you think.

  15. Just look at that moisture, wonderful dinner.
  16. Sous vide bacon wrapped beef tenderloin @132F for 4 hours. Then got out the KK torch to colour things up a bit.
  17. I have a jerk chicken recipe that I want to try just as soon as I can.:) That sauce might come in handy, Garvin.:)
  18. Tony, I have never cold smoked my bacon, have always done the hot smoke route. What made you decide on the cold smoking method?
