  1. Steve, I can see why you are a big fan of rotisserie cooks. Stile, thanks now I'm off to find a pressure cooker recipe to make the stock.
  2. I'm hoping that I stay satisfied with my Elektra Microcasa I have no room for more toys in the kitchen.
  3. Thanks, everyone, I am looking forward to having more today and picking the bones for chicken stock. I may try the pressure cooker method this time.
  4. Thanks, Syzygies and dstr, I just spent the last hour or so looking at coffee sites.
  5. Yesterday a friend and I went on a road trip to try some new meat/poultry supplier. Picked up a 5-6 pound free range chicken. It was fresh so time to do another rotisserie cook. ~ 380F for about 1.75 hrs, I think. Resting. and on Little Ms. Pebbles- Plated. I need to make another road trip to pick up more of these chickens. It was beautiful and very very moist. Trouble is it about a 2.5 hr. drive there.
  6. Oh my, wouldn't I love one of those right now.
  7. Sharon, I'm about at sea-level, where is is much easier to breath.
  8. That looks soooooooo tasty, ck.
  9. HalfSmoke, it really is very hard to beat a KK burger, especially with freshly ground beef, homemade buns and your own bacon. BTW, there is no such thing as an average burger on a KK.
  10. Sharon, glad you are back on track, and, wow, does that look tasty. I see some goodies under the grill too.
  11. I think I'll never use it on the 22 but might use it on the 16.5, the grill is a lot closer to the burning lump although I haven't used it yet.
  12. My ODK is restricted to KKs, two of them, no gassers allowed. They are at the cottage for others to use.
  13. That's it Tony just keep rubbing it in.
  14. What a beautiful cook and what a gorgeous dog.:)
  15. One of those each is all you need or maybe more than you can handle
  16. Everything you mentioned, Tony, sounds delicious.
  17. Aussie, a great satisfying dinner.:)
  18. Here's the plan, bill>Tony>Jon>Bosco> Mac Kenzie. It might just work. We'll borrow Bosco's Yeti cooler and that should keep everything cold until it arrives at my door.
  19. It wouldn't be the first time there was an underground railroad.
  20. Enjoy the airshow and i'll be watching for the brisket cook.
  21. I have been thinking lately that I need to make more soup. It really is so good compared to the canned stuff, which I don't normally eat either.
  22. Bill, if I lived in the USA I would try those pork chops. Maybe someone from the US will try your tip.
