  5. Aussie, a great satisfying dinner.:)
  6. Here's the plan, bill>Tony>Jon>Bosco> Mac Kenzie. It might just work. We'll borrow Bosco's Yeti cooler and that should keep everything cold until it arrives at my door.
  7. It wouldn't be the first time there was an underground railroad.
  8. Enjoy the airshow and i'll be watching for the brisket cook.
  9. I have been thinking lately that I need to make more soup. It really is so good compared to the canned stuff, which I don't normally eat either.
  10. Bill, if I lived in the USA I would try those pork chops. Maybe someone from the US will try your tip.
  11. I have to admit that I've been cooking my breakfast every morning on the 16.5 inch KK. Bill you will find that it is harder and harder to use the kitchen stove once you taste the food cooked on the KK. Just wait until you do your first pizza.
  12. Gorgeous, and with all those pixs no worry about the chip kicking in and turning it into a single gasser. You must be absolutely thrilled. I'm looking forward to the first smoke.
  13. Holy smokes, Stile, that soup looks sooooooooooooooo delicious. I want a big bowl of it.
  14. Thanks, folks. Jon, I know you do a fantastic job on those chops your sister brings.
  15. Thanks for that tip, Aussie, I did see that but didn't realize it was the original recipe.
  16. HalfSmoke, I did a search to check out the recipe and was not able to connect to the APL site to take a look at the recipe. Is it just me or is the site not working?
  17. Was that the movie teaser before the plating, yummy yummy.
  18. Thanks, everyone. @ Tony, I agree, they rock and that tenderloin was a real treat.
  19. Managed to find these extra large pork chops on the weekend. Started the potatoes in the pressure cooker for 15 mins prior to putting them on Little Ms. Pebbles grill. Plated. The chops were very moist although it may be hard to see in the pix.
  20. I agree, you will both feel better, don't ask me how I know.
