Thanks Pequod. Just about to order and I remember were on vaca. Sharing my credit card info isn't what I want to do on an open Wi-Fi venue. Always enjoy a leg of lamb jon. Was that an end pic cause it had nice color and some bark going on, mahogany. I marinate mine in balsamic with rosemary and garlic, what's your secret.

Well karl, I have to agree with Toney on all points especially the welcome. Your Kamado has similarities to the KK but it falls far shy of approaching the quality that goes into it. It's as if your comparing a Chevy to a Caddy. Hey I drive a chevy! Any how I have a Primo, Grill Dome,Weber and an offset Lang as well as a 23 KK. I remember if you remove all the old pieces from the burn pot and recycle in New fuel air flow is greater. As long as there larger pieces to help that air -
