We have that snow, ice pellet, and rain storm that came up the coast today and hasn't passed thru totally yet so I thought a treat was in order.

Waffle chips, didn't take enough time with the shots, I was overly anxious to eat these sea salt and pepper chips and now they are all gone so I can't do a re-take.

Done some pork ribs over black plum .Yum.on they go. hit 41c here yesterday needed a light refreshment. .Looking good. .and ready to go with corn and an awesome grape salad. .

Aussie, rib dinner looks delicious, gotta love that corn. 

Syzygies, I'd survive very nicely on that fried rice.

Nice cooks all ya'll. I'd take 40 degrees here (Fahrenheit even!), as it's 12F outside and a -5F wind chill. AND, more snow on the way tomorrow - possibly another 3" - 5".

All of the cooks look great and delicious! Let’s see take a few of Macs chips and a nice big scoop of Sazgies fried rice a chop or two and of course a few of Aussies ribs make for a nice diner LOL.

Home made stuffed meatballs and home made garlic bread, this garlic bread recipe calls for poaching the garlic then reducing a balsamic and sugar syrup which then gets spread throughout the dough, first time making it and it definitely won’t be the last!

Snow, bah! Can't let a bit of snow keep you from grilling. The forecast was wrong (surprise!) and the snow storm didn't pan out this afternoon (we'll see if the overnight snow will be a make-up for the afternoon!) Fired up the KK to do a Mojo marinated pork tenderloin. 

While I was grilling, spotted these guys next door having a snack under the neighbor's bird feeders. 

 

Plated with some drunken black beans, Caribbean rice and one of my favorite beers - Bell's Hopslam. It only comes out once a year around this time in limited quantities, so you have to be on your toes (or lucky in my case) to score some!

Keep on grillin'!!

Dinner is looking very good, Tony. Nice to see the wild life. I haven't seen any deer since the winter started. The beer sounds delicious.

Glad that I got in my cook last night. Karma's a bitch sometimes! Woke up this morning to a new 6" of the white stuff, on top of what we already had gotten on Saturday.

At least it's sunny today and barely any wind, so snowblowing the drive and walk wasn't too terrible. Wind is supposed to pick up later, dropping the windchills below zero. So, probably not going to grill out tonight!
