  7. Thanks for sharing. That is a great looking pizza. I haven't cooked a pizza in over a month and a half, I'm do for some. Have you tried making your pizza on a parchment lined wood peel and cooking the pizza on the parchment paper till you slide the parchment paper out. I personally use rice flour to coat my wood peel. The rice flour acts like little ball bearings and the pizza rolls right off.

  9. As you've heard already, you won't regret the upgrade at all. The KK quality is second to none. Till you see a KK in person you can't really appreciate the quality. I have two 23's and like Rob, Bosco and CeramicChef said, if you like to grill the 32" is a perfect KK for grilling and smoking.

  14. I'll be in trouble if you get a nice camera. Your dishes look good enough already.
  15. Get the Fornetto wood oven or something similar, you will never regret it. The wood oven will save the KK from the wear and tear of the high heat cooks. I love my wood oven and would buy another one in a heart beat if something happened to this one.
  16. I haven't cooked a dish with that cut of beef, but I like to see what you come up with. I don't know if that cut of beef will work in the Stout Pepper Beef recipe, I usually use stewing beef.
  17. You and Charles are killing it. Thats another outstanding dish!! I use wine in wine in the Stout Beef recipe. I like the stronger flavor the the wine gives beef.
