  6. Hello everyone. Its been a while since I cooked something on the KK, the house move was crazy. My KK's, and pizza oven were just rolled out in the backyard and forgotten about. I still have to move them to the patio. I cooked up a couple of fatty's the I stuffed with a cream cheese mixture and topped with shrimp and scallops. I cooked these indirect at 350f Here is the plated shot And a close up Now back to unpacking...
