  1. Welcome, better start looking for a home for that BGE. Once you start cooking on the KK you won't want to cook on the BGE. Ask me how I know, I used to have a Primo.
  2. I found one little package of ribs at the bottom of the freezer so here goes- After @235F for about 5 hours. Plated.
  3. Welcome, Flashdaddy. You are going to be sooo thrilled with this purchase and just wait until you taste the food you cook on it.
  4. Dono, exciting times for you and just wait you will be blown out of the water when you see it in person, not only that the taste of whatever you cook on it will move to the next level.
  5. I can remember a lot of tongue biting when people were talking about their new fantastic BBQ.
  6. I have more nerve than good sense to post this miserable cook after the above. Chorizo sausage and fries.
  7. @ Bruine -The Trombo King can be had in Canada and it is on sale at the moment. https://dicksonbbq.com/collections/trompo-king
  8. Alimac, thanks and your pizzas look super special to me.
  9. Pork steaks on the KK @ 230F since about 2PM, they still have a ways to go.
  10. @ Troble: It's Xmas in Nova Scotia, just received an awesome package with all sorts of goodies jammed in as tight as possible. The oregano is going on one of tonight's dinner sides, I've tasted it and love it. Tasted the yellow hot sauce while I was at it and now I'm warm on the inside as well as the outside. Troble you are so thoughtful, and I'll enjoy your efforts over and over again. Looking forward to trying everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
  11. Have drill will have smoke pot.
  12. It is very cold outside but sunny. In fact I'm taking my torch to get the lock on the mailbox open as soon as I post this. In spite of the cold I was determined to grill some pork burger.
  13. @Troble, I'm coming Sweetheart, set the table.
  14. What a stunning KK and that pizza is not far behind. Thanks for posting the recipe.
  15. Basher, it's a world of difference. It looks so beautiful especially after a long winter. It even snowed last night and the ploughs were out.
  16. Basher, your garden area is soooooooo interesting.
