  7. I believe I only used chicken thighs so lots of fat there. That was the first batch I made but I will do more:)
  8. Thanks heaps everyone:) I didn't do the fries on the KK, that's living dangerously for me, they were done in de Buyer pan on top of the gas stove;) Yes, I made the sausages and that was the last of them so I need to put that on the to-do list;)

  11. I over worked today and didn't have the energy to do much for dinner this evening so sat in my chair while the KK cooked some chicken sausages very slowly. Temp. was about 275-300F. Near the end did some fries. The sausage were very moist and tasty.

    Kabobs

    Now that is real inspiration for me to do kabobs, delicious.
  16. I wanted to this for the pizza contest and today I finally had the time:) Rolled the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Dress the dough with toppings. Tomatoes, onion,cheese, my pepperoni, anise, fennel and cheese. Roll up the dough. Ready for the grill. Brush with egg. On the KK. Guess who sits in this chair while things cook;) I even have my own moon. Served. Add a little basil.
  17. and I just wish I was a fish lover, it looks sooooooo good, Wilbur. Thanks for those tips on a quick fire. I am off to light my grill, except I only want to hit 350F- 375F.

  21. Great looking Canadian bacon. I have yet to do it on the KK but you can bet it's on my list. Wonderful stuff, add it to a sandwich with roasted sweet red pepper and some melted cheese and a little lettuce for a wonderful lunch sandwich.
