Making pickled peppers today, peppers right from the garden. Did these jars in the pressure cooker for 10 mins. I did get 4 jars, one is hidden in the background.

Troble, those chickens look wonderful and that plated chicken with the sauce is eye catching. Guess I'll go to Tony's for dinner tomorrow, it's handier.

Dennis to the rescue again. It's working. -
Made some pickled pepper from the garden. They only keep for about a month in the fridge but I may not have to worry about that after tasting them. They are all jalapeño except for one habanero.

I sure hope your Meater didn't burn up. Filet looks very tasty, I did a small slice of beef filet last evening too, sous vide though.
