I always do a dry rub, no spritzing, no foil. and no peeking until about the 5 hour mark and then it's just a quick peek to check the pull back. KK is at 250F.

I know what I'd say about purchasing that one, life is too short for that! Buy a new one and be thrilled.

Couldn't resist a nacho cook this evening, it is quick, easy and fast since I had a bunch of topping leftover from a pizza cook this last weekend.

Decide to have burgers for dinner tonight, it's late but I'm starting up the KK anyway. Made 2oz patties, 2 per bun with cheese in between the two patties. You better have your bun dressed before these patties come off the grill because one needs to get the cheese on one patty and then immediately put the second one on top so that the heat will melt the cheese. Taste test.

As far as I could see it found no food. I sure don't want to encourage these visits, no matter how beautiful they look.

I was pushed over the edge by the KK Clean Crew. 16 KK cleaned out.

I need to clean the winter ashes out of my 16". 😁

I think that's the secret, they need to know the smoke does not represent a problem, just you cooking.:)
