Decide to have burgers for dinner tonight, it's late but I'm starting up the KK anyway. Made 2oz patties, 2 per bun with cheese in between the two patties. You better have your bun dressed before these patties come off the grill because one needs to get the cheese on one patty and then immediately put the second one on top so that the heat will melt the cheese. Taste test.

Beautiful, now for the break-in and the foooooooood.

Wow, everything is mouthwatering, looks perfectly delicious. I wish I had been there.

Haven't used the Yakitori grill for ages, but we had summer today so a friend and I got together to do meatballs and veggies.

🎂 Have a wonderful birthday, Bruce. 👍👍

I think you could safely put it away on the top shelf.

As far as I could see it found no food. I sure don't want to encourage these visits, no matter how beautiful they look.

Thick White Smoke around the hour mark on low and slow cooks

I think that's the secret, they need to know the smoke does not represent a problem, just you cooking.:) -
Then I'd have 2 handsome dudes on my lawn. Better to use DT.

Pork Rib cook today. The KK was rock solid for 5 hours at 250F. I hope these critters are not out tonight. I don't need them up at my KK. There are twins roaming around and a single bear.

Love it, Well done, Tekobo.

In case you think I'm not eating, think again, I've just been slack on posting. Double pattie cheeseburger. Made the rolls the day before.

Now I will post my cooks in the correct place. 😁

It looks fabulous, Troble.
-
@Troble, I can't imagine it stayed on the plate long enough to get a pix composed.

That will keep you out of the elements, well done. 👍👍

@Tekobo, jam packed full of flavour, wow. I can't believe I've missed doing that roadside sauce all these years. Just copied the recipe and will be trying that very very soon. Thanks. 👍👍

@Tekobo, those lamb chops are looking particularly tasty.
