Welcome, I don't think I can add anything to what has already been posted about accessories. You will love the flavour of the food you cook on this beauty. Like everyone, I will be watching for the landing and unpacking pixs.

BIG Earthquake in Indonesia- We're Fine..

That is very good news.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4] I was wondering if you were ok. -
Remember those chicken breasts the other day that tekobo raved about well here they are again. The last of my Lebanese Mountain Bread put to good use on a hot day. I need to make more. It is great to have on hand. I opened the fridge and took out every bottle, dish I could get my hands on for this wrap, including pickled chili pepper. There is mayo, tarragon mustard, relish, red onion, lettuce and orange pepper. Then came the chicken and the purple crack. Roll up the devil sandwich and we have lift off. and that's why there are chicken breasts.

I just had to make something after seeing CK,s WFO buns so got out my Lekue and made mini bagettes. This is a no fuss no muss bake.

That was a neat watch, Tyrus, thanks.

You nailed it. Now I want rolls.

Good for you, cheddar is very good and Gouda is also good. I can't remember if I've done Swiss or not but I'd try it.

Sous vide the meat and then needed some colour just because I could. Plated with the last of my spinach, a sad day.

Good for you jonj, yes, can't have too many toys. [emoji4]

Just look at the meat and the smoke ring on those ribs.

I made the trip to town and picked up the grapefruit. This time of year they only had pink, so pink it was. I can't pass up the pulp. Yummy.

That looks awesome, what a sight.

Pizza cook heat soak time?
MacKenzie replied to alimac23's topic in Bread, Pizza, Pastries or Desserts
Yes, exactly, it will tell you the temp of the surface of the baking stone. -
I believe it is always better to have too much room than too little. You don't have to use all the grill space you have but there is nothing you can do if you have too little. The food cooked on the KK tastes so much better than food cooked on any other grill. You are going to love your KK no matter the size.

Rain, you don't get any rain in BC, do you? ODK is looking good and you will be able to use it year round.

tekobo, has just moved to the top tier of KK members, that's where folks who are instrumental in causing other members to buy more toys go. Congratulations, tekobo. Washed and ready to go. Clafoutis in the wings.

Maybe down the road you will find an easy way to get them, meanwhile those were fantastic pizzas. -
It was just plain. I need to make a trip to town to get the grapefruit, maybe today.:)

Pizza cook heat soak time?

That looks great, and it is only your first try, wow. It looks to me like you perhaps used a baking steel and a non Dennis ceramic stone that might explain why the top crust didn't get cooked as much as you might have wished. The bottom looks lovely. Dennis's stone is especially formulated so that the top cooks before the bottom gets too dark. -

An IR thermometer helps but not essential. A good hour heat soak is also what I like to do.
