  1. Several years ago I moved to a chamber sealer and I do like it a lot and just as you said one must be very careful when sealing liquids. I can freeze the liquid first then seal but it is still a pain. I should brake down and get an impulse sealer.
  2. Some may have a fist full of dollars but I have something even better and it's right out of my garden. Swiss chard and so tender. I think I've hit all the big food groups with this dinner.
  3. @ remi, one did you start out with a full bottle of Whistle Pig? Delicious looking sandwich.
  4. I don't know which I like better the pork or the cake. You are off to a great start.
  5. Now that's friend, and you certainly made great use of the wagyu.
  6. @ Tekobo, sounds like fantastic time, great food and drink, common interests and the possibility of a new toy to buy, what more could one ask.
  7. Jonj, you just made me want to do a pork butt with the Billows. Dinner looks lovely as does the pulled pork.
  8. Nice looking dinner there Aussie, smoke ring on the ribs, some fries and salad.
  9. Gorgeous, looking forward to seeing the first cook.
  10. We just love all those bonus points we get for spending other peoples $$$.
  11. RokDok, you've come to the right school.
  12. DannyG, your KK setup is beautiful and you have so much more fun in store for you.
  13. What I don't understand is why anyone takes their basket out to light it or uses a separate chimney. The KK works like the perfect chimney for me with the vents wide open at bottom and top, drawing the air through the fire basket and accelerating the fire. Oh well, as @Basher said: each to their own. I don't get it either but then I have my KKs on a wooden deck.
  14. I think you are having fun with this, the addition of sound is wonderful.
  15. I agree I don't know why he didn't fill it up.
  16. Fantastic and the fun has just begun.
