Great cook, those veggies and chicken look soooo tasty.

A little sausage cook with roasted veggies. The sausages were only 3/4 cooked as I wanted to finish them off with the veggies. Roasted red and orange peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and shallots. Plated with roasted potatoes.

Beautiful cook and great colour on that skin. Oh. to have been at that table.

Looks beautiful. Too bad the arrival was so hectic but all that will soon be forgotten if it hasn't already.

C6Bill, I can see why you are trilled with your first roti cook, that chicken looks lovely.

Pizzas look vert tasty. It does take a good hour to get the pizza stone up to temperature.

I agree, it is pretty anemic for most other purposes but it does a great job of cleaning the old shells out of my covered tray bird feeder which is mounted on a pole off the deck.
