  1. Pork Rib cook today. The KK was rock solid for 5 hours at 250F. I hope these critters are not out tonight. I don't need them up at my KK. There are twins roaming around and a single bear.
  2. Another tasty KK thigh cook last evening. Salad was tomatoes, cukes, and sweet onion.
  3. In case you think I'm not eating, think again, I've just been slack on posting. Double pattie cheeseburger. Made the rolls the day before.
  4. Now I will post my cooks in the correct place. 😁
  5. It looks fabulous, Troble.
  6. @Troble, I can't imagine it stayed on the plate long enough to get a pix composed.
  7. That will keep you out of the elements, well done. 👍👍
  8. @Tekobo, jam packed full of flavour, wow. I can't believe I've missed doing that roadside sauce all these years. Just copied the recipe and will be trying that very very soon. Thanks. 👍👍
  9. @Tekobo, those lamb chops are looking particularly tasty.
  10. @jeff, you're a good sport.
  11. The rubber plug with the hole for probles comes with a slit in it lengthwise so that you can get the probe wires into it.
  12. @Troble, what a fantastic spread and to think you even have your own home grown produce.
  13. Keep the roti option open.
  14. Thanks, Bunji. I used my little KK, the 16 inch one, set temp about 390-400F. If i recall correctly it took about 30 mins, flipped them once. Before putting the wings on, I marinated them in Frank's Hot Sauce for a few hours, then rolled them in Panko before setting them on the grill.
  15. @ Tekobo, my taste buds are kicking up a storm looking at those pixs. @ Alimac, lovely job on those sausages and the pig.
  16. I did two batches of Wings and Tater Tots for dinner and some first of the season spinach.
  17. Welcome, I think you will be thrill with what you cook on your new KK. Looing forward to seeing your pixs.
