  1. @tekobo That looks fantastic! THE BOMB! Those are the same three cuts I use when I grind burgers. I never pack or knead the mince, but the idea of laying it in strands is brilliant. I'm going to have to try that.

    Lamb roast

    I live on a ranch with ~50 head of cattle and 400+ sheep. All dorper. We eat lots of lamb!
