I was wondering there in the great metropolis of Cedar Rapids if you have a go to Seafood market. Could be a foolish question but when I look at the map I didn't see any oceans close by lol., but that doesn't mean much if there's a market for them or for lobsters and other related ocean products. I'll be in Steamboat Colorado again next week, I'll keep an eye out when cruising the country side. You get spoiled and take things for granted sometime. On of our IA breweries is named "No Coast"!! LOL I wish that I had a good seafood market here. Some restaurants get decent stuff. We do have a truck that comes up from Galveston every few weeks in the nicer months that has really good, fresh shrimp, crab meat and whole red snapper. They also have oysters and crawfish, but never live/in the shell - too bulky.
David Chang
get well soon @remi some kfc spiced chicken and grilling chicken bones for tare sauce. my old tare became a biohazard of mold. i guess i need to start freezing it instead of just putting in the fridge.
