  1. churchi, I like your idea, just a like button. Personally, I can't see using the vote down button. If someone was not posting in the spirit of the KK site there are other ways to suggest that, that are not so public. That's my 2 cents.
  2. Thanks everyone. @tinyfish, I did keep the mushroom moisture in mind as I was making them, used dry Roma tomatoes and my pizza sauce was thick and I used it sparingly.
  3. That pork roast looks awesome, absolutely beautiful.
  4. Aussie, that dinner looks wonderful, moist and tasty I'm sure not to mention fun.:)
  5. I have not done this but it is what I would try, pull, put in vacuum sealed bags with some juice, vacuum seal and when you want to reheat put the bag in a sous vide bathat 148F for 45 mins. or so to heat up. That's my idea.
  6. Steve, I did enjoyed it, but I do like mushrooms, and they are easy and quick.:)
  7. A portabella pizza night here, dressed with onions, two kinds of cheese, Canadian Bacon, diced tomatoes and pizza sauce. Ready for the grill. On the grill. Baked at 350F for 45 mins.
  8. Ck, that sure is an interesting looking cook. Must have been some tasty flavours in that cook. Looks like you had a good time with this one. Sometimes it just nice to be able to take the time to cook something different and interesting. I know what you mean about trying to get rid of pixs that you have out of the order you want to post them and even if you do get them deleted your mistake still shows up on TapaTalk. ;(

  20. Here is my pot after yesterday's smoke. You can see the flour seal is baked but good too. and inside a little newly formed lump.
  21. Today I made a potato galette to go with some leftover chicken thighs.:) Also made another loaf of Syzygies' freshly milled flour bread. Might as well use a hot KK while you can. Plated.
  22. I have made what was called Farmer's Cheese, very mild tasting.
  23. The dough looks like it bubbled up nicely and you are so lucky to have a source of fresh mozzarella so handy. I'm lucky if I can find any even that which is shipped in from afar.
