  1. I was sure that I was going to have a pot smoking time today but due to a mess up in the delivery all I had was a regular dinner with no pot. These sausages are large so only grilled two and didn't take any grill shots. Grilled some mild Italian sausages today for dinner and make some pasta to go with it all. Grilled beets and tomatoes from the garden for sides. The package said Mild Italian so I thought they might be quite flat tasting but no they were very good and I'd buy them again.
  2. Apple and pork go together like a horse and carriage. Good stuff, Aussie.
  3. Things are certainly looking flavourful, I love peaches and those caught my eye.
  4. Steve, that sure looks like a very tasty meal, perfect.

  8. Tony, you are so right but I do love cucumber sandwiches. It is always something I look forward to in the summer when I have cukes right from the garden. Funny I never think of having one in the winter for me it is truly a summertime treat.
  9. I'll have to send you all some suspenders.
  10. Did a quick supper tonight, cucumber sandwich on Syzygie's bread. I have to make another loaf this week. A couple of nights ago I made some spicy hot zucchini chips.
  11. Ahhhhhh, but remember that heat deflector is not the same as the baking stone but in a pinch Wait until you get the baking stone and you'll know what I mean. Looking forward to the baked version of those pizzas.
  12. Bruce, that's not the way it works, getting a KK just means that the food you eat tastes better.
  13. Exactly what Tony, the broccoli man says. There really is no substitute for the KK baking stone but you do have a work around and may I suggest you not try to do an extra high temperature cook. Good luck.[emoji16] Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk
