I gave away 2 masterbuilt smokers, and a char grill big easy, all never used. Now I have my KK32 and a Traeger grill,smoker plus my Disc-It. the Traeger never used and probably never will be. my KK will be the main attraction on my patio kitchen.

I always love these pictures of the food you folks cook., and always go away with my mouth watering. That flank steak looks yummy. In another 2 hours I'll be having dinner with some friends and think I'll fajitas lol.

Stile88 that was a very nice post. You are right about everything you said. I've had my KK since May and look at it every. I know what you mean about touching it, same here LOL. This forum is just the icing on the cake. The numbers are just so helpful if you have questions. It's a big KK owners family . Thanks

Wow!! That looks so good. Those green beans mut have been delicious. I love green beans. And that yam recipe really looks good. I think I'm going to have to try a pork loin on my next cook. Looking forward to you posting the recipes. Thank you

I don't know about you guys but I think the drip pan that comes with the KK is a work of art all that nice Jewling on it. I'm going to use mine for a salad bowl, I also bought the double bottom pan. The KK 32 comes with two sets of deflector tonss if I'm not mistaken. So many extras come with it I don't know what to do with them all lol.

congratulations John; What you ordered will get you started and then you can add on as time goes by. I f you live in the San Fran. Bay area I have CoCo char and Coffee char if you need any. Please take plenty of pictures when it arrives. We like pictures lol. You are going to love this thing wait till you see it, pictures don't do it justice. welcome to the forum you and your wife.

Aussie; I just finished working on my vent knobs. if you take the vent plate out and you will see a spring a flat washer and two nuts. One of those nuts is a lock nut. What I did was take it apart then hand tighten the wood knob to the round plate add lock tight if you have it. then put the knob and plate back into the vent plate itself install spring washer and nut and adjust to the tightnest to your liking then add the lock nut and tighten it. I did it to both the vents. Just as a side note while i had it apart I noticed the the round plates had a sharp edge that was cutting very slightly into the main vent plate so I sanded the edges down. Hope this is a help.
