Shuley, that sauce on the side is Kraft Catalina Salad dressing. I don't know why but I love that stuff, always have.

Listen, you guys, I would never lead you astray. The more you work with the SV the more possibilities you will see for its use. I've had mine a few years now and would not part with it. Just read up on it so you do things safely.
